The Arizona Geriatrics Society will present its 5th Annual Spring Geriatric Multi-Disciplinary Conference on the first three Saturdays in May at four locations across Arizona.  “EXPANDING YOUR GERIATRIC TOOLBOX:  Brief Screening Tools for Use at Bedside or in Clinic” -- will focus on how to quickly and accurately screen for the presence or absence, along with the severity, of dementia, depression, delirium and physical and functional ability.  Participants will gain a working knowledge and practice of validated screening tools. 

This conference is one of the premiere continuing educational events in geriatrics in Arizona and will address the continuing educational needs of geriatric professionals in all disciplines.  Physicians, Psychologists, NPs, PAs, nurses, case managers, social workers, long-term care and managed care providers, healthcare administrators, educators and students – all would benefit and could update their knowledge through this insightful conference.
