PLEASE NOTE: just a reminder that ASPA requires a copy of your renewed malpractice certificate annually in order to stay in good standing with the contracted plans. Please, when your providers renew their malpractice send a copy of the renewed certificate to Tonya@azspa.com or fax to 623-999-1055. This also applies to renewal of DEA’s; CLIAS; and licenses.
ASPA Connected Community:
- Value-Based Payment Systems ACO requires quality reporting in order to participate and get MSSP funding. ASPA ACO needs support from the Practices that participate in our ACO. It is the policy of the ACO to maintain our contracts, records, documentations and other evidence sufficient to enable audits, evaluation, investigation and Inspection of the ACO’s compliance with CMS.
- The ACO shall conduct quarterly Compliance Reviews of its Compliance Program to ensure that the Compliance Program is effective and that the ACO’s business practices are consistent with its stated policies, applicable laws and regulations.
- Each ACO Participant is responsible for maintaining the records associated with their practice as the ACO is responsible for maintaining the records of the ACO. It is a requirement that you attend to these rules as stated in
the contract to continue participation in the ACO.
