ASPA Connected Community:

It is the policy of the ACO to maintain our contracts, records, documentations and other evidence sufficient to enable audits, evaluation, investigation and Inspection of the ACO’s compliance with CMS.
- The ACO shall conduct quarterly Compliance Reviews of its Compliance Program to ensure that the Compliance Program is effective and that the ACO’s business practices are consistent with its stated policies, applicable laws and regulations.
