If a Member does not wish to continue with ASPA, please send a letter stating the date they wish to term. Arizona Medical Group Management Association (AzMGMA) has been your MGMA state chapter since 1994 with a dedicated focus on professional development of our members through education, networking, and advocacy to maximize the profitability of your practice. Different from national MGMA, AzMGMA focuses not only on what is happening nationally, but also what is happening locally to impact your practice. ASPA has entered into a contract with Prospect Medical Systems, a national IPA to allow our Members access to contracts which are value based that ASPA does not have current access to. Providers will be able to choose which plans they want to participate in (Opt-In). Example of possible plans: SCAN; Cigna; Aetna; Bright Health; United and Wellcare. The Opt-In for Prospect has been faxed and emailed to all of our Members, if you did not receive this, please contact Karen Ellington at karen@azspa.com. Prospect Medical will be holding a webinar to provide information. ASPA encourages you to attend this webinar on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 12:00 to 1:00.
