Health Plans:
Health Plans: In order to prevent potential claim issues with billing for your practice. Please send us a roster of your providers so we can see which providers are not credentialed with ASPA that are in your practice. This will also be used to compare and verify that all of your providers are with the same Health Plans. Please contact Karen Ellington at karen@azspa.com for any questions or concerns
Site Review needed for all of your locations:
Due to the COVID-19, ASPA is requesting you to complete a self-Site Review of your office/offices to keep your practice up to date and compliant with the current Health Plans, Credentialing and CMS/Medicare guidelines. If you receive a request for a site visit, please fill out the Site Review Form the best you can along with an updated CLIA waiver, last fire inspection date and the EPI expiration and current W-9. Please send this self-evaluation back as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be compliant. Please be sure to do this for all of your locations/sites.

Pfizer announced their new Covid-19 Vaccine. According to the reports, they hope to have 25 million doses available by the end of the year and 680 million doses by mid-2021.
