Credentialing Application Services maintains and updates provider credentialing information that includes:

  • DEA
  • Professional Liability Insurance Past & Present
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Certification Board & other professional certifications
  • CME
  • Letters of Reference
  • Explanations for Malpractice Cases, License and Staff Privilege issues
  • CAQH profile set up/maintenance
  • Routine follow up (phone calls/emails) on all applications until completion
  • Tracking reports to show progress of all applications via spreadsheet
  • Record keeping of all applications submitted on behalf of clients

Mid levels —-$1,800

Renewals – YEAR AFTER
